Refund Policy

We are not responsible for the customer's negligence of the products they purchased, However, we will try to resolve your concern in best possible way.

In refund request cases, MOTION DLP team to first diagnose the problem, try to solve it remotely, and if not solvable, then refund will be processed. Request for refund of the purchased product must be made within 2 days for course purchased in USB, Online Test & Other Material. Refund request for USB, Laptop, Tablet Mode & Books must be made within 7 days from the order received date. The request for refunds is to be made by sending an email on techsupport@motion.ac.in through the registered email id of the purchaser. Once the support team receive your email, you will be shared a "refund request form" on your registered email id. You are requested to fill the same and enclose the supporting document and sent it back to techsupport@motion.ac.in  and hard copy of the same along with the product to the mentioned office address. The costs associated for refund must be paid by the customer. For more information please see the note section at the bottom of this page.

Change Policy

1. USB:

Student can request for change of course within 15 days from the order date. For that the student needs to dispatch USB on our office address at Kota. If there is any difference in the cost then the student needs to pay the differential amount. If the cost is less then there will be no refund for the same. The whole process may take up to 15 days.

2. Tablet:

Student can request for change of course within 15 days from the order date. For that the student needs to dispatch USB back to our office. We do not pay any shipping charges from our end and there will be no extra cost for changing the course. The whole process may take up to 15 days. We are not responsible for any failure or damage in the machine due to negligence by consumer. The Tablet comes with 1 year Manufacturing Warranty, so the consumer needs to contact the relevant warranty center directly.

3. From Android to Window or Window to Android:

Student can request to change mode from Android to Window or Window to Android within 15 days from the date of order activation. Student needs to pay the difference amount, whatever it may be, to change the mode. It may take up to 6-7 working days for the product to reach your place.

Note: - Refund will only be processed after receiving the product in its original form, proper verification of payment status and other details of the purchaser, which should match with invoice. In case the payment is made by the different person than the purchaser, you are requested to give undertaking and proof of relationship along with the payment copy of transaction from your registered email id for validation purpose.

The refund processing time will be up to 45 working Days. Please don't confuse with "raising request for refund time which is e.g 2 days & 7 days", from "refund processing timing which is (45 Days)" from the date of receipt of refund request in a proper format.Return will be processed only if:

  • The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
  • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
  • The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein.
  • Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on edustore.motion.ac.in 
  • The refund will be initiated after deducting the shipping price.

We try to resolve your refund request as soon as possible, however, In some cases of refund may take upto 45 days time due to validation and cross verification reason and to avoid online frauds with our customer and our company; The refund will be granted in source account.

MOTION reserves the right to accept or reject request for refund as per their refund policy. You agree not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation/acceptance of refund request. In case of any dispute, the courts in Kota will have exclusive jurisdiction to try any such disputes to the exclusion of all other courts.
